Useful details for the first conversation

One recent enquiry, order, application or approval that took too much follow-up.
The website, software, spreadsheet or other tools involved.
The people using it, including any English or Irish content needs.
A deadline and the person who can approve the work.
The result that would make the project worthwhile.

You do not need to choose a framework or write a complete specification. A focused repair or connection between existing tools may be enough.
