Set the decision boundaries before the build starts

The technical responsibility

The proposal states which software, pages, integrations, environments, tests, release steps, documentation, and support are included. Faith Forge Labs is responsible for explaining material technical risks, handling access carefully, testing the agreed behaviour, and reporting known limits rather than hiding them behind a successful demonstration.

The client responsibility

The client confirms it has authority to provide the systems, accounts, records, content, data, and instructions used in the work. The client also decides who may access information, which records are authoritative, how long data is retained, how prices and refunds work, what content may be published, and who can accept a release.

Faith Forge Labs does not provide Irish or EU legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, privacy, accessibility-certification, procurement, immigration, sanctions, export, or certified-translation advice. Where such a question affects the system, the client obtains qualified guidance and supplies the confirmed rule.

The remote-service boundary

Faith Forge Labs operates from the United States. This site does not represent an office, employees, incorporation, licence, certification, client history, or an in-country support operation in Ireland. Support hours, incident response, hosting location, vendors, and any subcontracting are settled for the actual engagement.

What belongs in writing

The agreement records price, schedule, payment stages, ownership, third-party services, security responsibilities, data handling, acceptance, warranty, support, and cancellation terms. Software can improve a workflow, but it cannot guarantee revenue, rankings, adoption, regulatory approval, certification, uninterrupted third-party service, or legal compliance.

If the ownership or review path is still unclear, resolving that is part of discovery—not something to postpone until release day.
