There is no account-management layer between the operational question and the person examining the software. That matters when a process crosses several teams or when the existing system does not match the way the organisation actually works.

The studio is suited to focused work: replacing a repeated email-and-spreadsheet handoff, connecting systems that do not share information, building a customer or member portal, repairing an existing application, or creating a practical internal tool. Discovery can also end with a recommendation to configure or simplify what you already have rather than commission a larger build.

How an Ireland engagement works
